budget and long-term capital expenditure plan, including a strategy to monitor the

appropriateness of the hospitals plan for providing care to meet patient needs.

is consistent with the hospitals mission.

*Note - JC standards do not require Pastoral Services to be available 24 hours a
day, seven days a week. This is left to the hospital to determine.
